Cancellation Policy

Requests submitted beyond this time may not be processed in time for cancellation or modification.

Requests for address changes submitted outside of these hours may not be processed in a timely manner and may be subject to additional service charges.
For same-day delivery orders, customers are advised to verify the feasibility of order modifications with our customer service team during business hours. 852 Superstore does not guarantee the ability to accommodate same-day order modifications, and such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellation Fees
Orders that have not yet been processed for shipment may be canceled free of charge. However, once an order has been dispatched for delivery, any modification, including address changes or recalls, may incur additional fees. Specifically, orders that have already been shipped or that fall outside the amendable 24-hour period will be subject to a logistics service fee of £6.97 for address changes or order recalls.
Customers should also note that orders which have already been delivered to a designated collection store are considered final and cannot be canceled or recalled. The responsibility for collecting the order in such cases rests solely with the customer.
Return Policy for Food Products
In order to uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene, customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their food product orders immediately upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy and condition of the delivered products at the time of delivery.
If any food product is found to be damaged, missing from the order, expired, or otherwise deteriorated, the issue must be reported to our customer service team without delay. Failure to report such issues promptly may result in the inability to process a return or refund request.
Customers should also be aware that if an order is received and signed for by an individual other than the original recipient, the order is still considered to be successfully delivered. In such cases, it remains the responsibility of the original recipient to check the order and report any issues within the specified timeframe.
To maintain compliance with food safety regulations, food products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they are proven to have a quality issue. Returns based on personal preference, changes in dietary requirements, or other non-quality-related concerns will not be accepted.
